Across the world, millions of communities live without reliable access to basic necessities like clean water, education, and healthcare—not because of a lack of resilience, but because of a lack of support.
Too often, aid is temporary or disconnected from the realities of daily life. Real progress requires trust, presence, and partnerships that respect the people closest to the problem.

Our Work on the Ground.
Costa Rica
In Costa Rica, One World Changemakers partnered with a Nicaraguan refugee community facing limited government support and scarce access to running water. Families rely on donated produce, and children often bathe outside using buckets.
By working alongside the Costa Rican Humanitarian Foundation, our team listened to community stories and provided hygiene products, school supplies, daily essentials, and recreational resources for children, distributed through the community center to support families with dignity.
